You've heard that meditation is helpful, a good thing, and can improve your quality of life... Maybe you've tried a few guided videos, apps or a class... Maybe you went and lived in an ashram for 30 years... Whatever your level of experience (or lack of), this is a great opportunity to practice with one of Northern Michigan's most learned and experienced meditation guides! Add a sleepover in a beautiful location, delicious healful food, and warm company - what could be more Nourishing?!
Rodasi will teach Presence Meditation techniques and guide us through our experiences before, during and after. Rodasi has decdicated her life to helping people to reveal the light within through meditation, mindfulness and presence. She is a warm, solid and empathetic guide and coach. This short retreat has all the pieces for us to uncover our natural state of inner peace.
Rodasi Campbell is an International teacher + speaker based out of Traverse City, MI. Certified, Experienced Meditation + Yoga Teacher, Women’s Spirituality Teacher + Founder of the Meditation School + Consciousness Programs.
Rodasi began her Meditation + Yogic studies in 1999 as a student, but quickly found her way into her first teacher training in 2001. She has received two certificates as a trained and now, experienced Meditation teacher and two other certificates as a Yoga teacher since that time. Rodasi became the student + initiate of a formal teacher and lineage in 2010 and continues her education with this teacher.
A big believer in continuing education, Rodasi has attended dozens of retreats, workshops + received coaching from her teacher, mentors + peers. Rodasi has taught + spoken in front of thousands of folks in 6 different countries. Rodasi teaches for the international meditation organization known as The Bright Path ( http://www.thebrightpath.com ), which teaches a specific meditative technique known as the Ishayas’ Ascension practice. Rodasi has trained business teams & non-profit organizations. She has been a guest teacher and co-facilitator at a dozen other retreats. Rodasi has given experiential talks to women’s groups, special needs children, foster kids, in treatment centers, at churches, and beyond. She trains + coaches meditation teachers.

The Lodge on Crystal Lake is an oasis that honors the natural beauty of northern Michigan in a setting that awakens and inspires. From the lovely resort home where we’ll be staying, you’ll experience all the ways this Meditation Retreat will help you connect to the truest version of yourself. The home is spacious with 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, a kitchen, and huge living, dining and sitting areas. There is plenty of room for private reflection, as well as warm places for gathering and connecting. What can we say? We LOVE The Lodge on Crystal Lake. It is a beautiful setting that nurtures and feeds the soul.
Our chefs keep it simple, delicious, home-made and healthful; organic, seasonal, and local wherever possible. All meals are vegetarian, and often vegan. Most dietary restrictions can be managed, please inquire with Sarah well in advance.
Cost is $200 (shared room - only 3 spaces), $250 (private room - 4 rooms) plus tax and fees. This includes all lodging and meals! Let me know if you're interested in a private room and bed to share with your partner or friend, for $175 per person. Skip the overnight accommodations for $175. An additional night can be added to the retreat, right before or after for an additional cost. 5-10 participants total. Full, non-refundable payment required to hold your reservation. Upon RSVP-ing, you will be contacted to arrange payment.
SORRY, NO PETS. There will be a small house dog already there.
WHAT TO BRING: Your own Yoga mat and any props you love. A meditation cushion or pillow. A Journal or Notebook. All medications and all the things you NEED. Maybe your favorite pillow, blanket, etc. All of your own toiletries and personal essentials. Towels and Linens ARE provided.
For shared rooms, please respect the others' personal items and space. No personal speakers, phone use, etc. A set of earbuds and earplugs may also be helpful.
